NORTHERN COLORADO LAND AGENT
Local roots. Specialized land experience.
My family and I moved to Ault in 2004. Since then, I have worked at Schroeder's Tire, the shop my dad built and owned. Growing up and working in the family business gave me a practical understanding of the people, farms, ranches and small communities that make up northern Weld County.
I earned my Colorado real estate license in 2022 and have since specialized in land, particularly Weld County acreage and rural subdivision. I have been involved in transactions covering more than 7,000 acres, with individual sale prices ranging from $75,000 to just under $3 million.
My work includes small-acreage homesites, 35-acre and 40-acre parcels, family farm divisions, rural subdivisions and large ranch properties. I help buyers and sellers work through the details that matter with land: access, water, utilities, zoning, division potential and realistic market value.
My wife and I live in Ault with our four children, who attend school in Eaton. I represent buyers and sellers through Resident Realty throughout Weld County and Northern Colorado.
